Frequently Asked Questions about Transport & Offloading

Q: Can you transport Portable Buildings?
A: Yes, we can transport Portable Buildings anywhere in the UK using our team of specialist Hauliers who are trained to transport and position Portable Buildings.

Q: Can you offload and position the building for us?
A: Yes, our Hauliers use vehicles equipped with specialist crane units designed for loading, unloading, lifting and positioning of Portable Buildings.

Q: What are our responsibilities?
A: To be able to transport and safely offload Portable Buildings to our customers we need our customers to provide safe and suitable access and hardstanding for delivery. Check obstructions like overhead power or telephone lines, ensure that the ground conditions are safe and adequate. Alternatively please contact us to discuss further details.

Q: What would be the largest building you can transport?
A: Generally there are very few portable buildings larger than 40ft x 12ft, however there are a few Portakabins that would measure up to 48ft x 14ft approximately and we can transport those for you. The sizes mentioned are generally the largest single Portable Building or Cabin available and anything larger would come in sections and be a Modular Building.
